I'm Vivian Grout, a licensed psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience helping people reconnect with their sense of purpose, courage, and belonging. I began my career at Renfrew, a nationally recognized treatment center for eating disorders, before opening my private practice to create a more flexible and personal space for healing. Guided by the principles of Adlerian psychology and fueled by a deep respect for the human spirit, I help adolescents and adults move beyond limiting beliefs and toward a more authentic, empowered life.
