As a licensed psychotherapist, it is my goal to provide each of my clients with a space free of judgment, criticism, and demands. I tailor my approach and practice to meet the individual needs of each of my clients by doing the following:
- I see a maximum of 12 clients per week.
- My approach is empowering, brief, and practical. I do not believe in keeping anyone in therapy longer than they need to be.
- I offer daytime, evenings, and weekend hours for my clients’ convenience.
- I provide my clients with local resources and information so they can make the most of the therapeutic experience (i.e. support groups, nutritionists, educational materials, etc.).
