- $120 per 50-minute session
- Free initial, brief phone consultation (20 minute max.)
Insurance
I can prepare a Superbill for submission to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check, and credit cards via paypal accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A no-show for a scheduled session without prior 24 hour notice, will result being charged the full cost of the session.
Hours
Appointment times are available Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend times are also available upon request.
